​Welcome to Precision Path 3D! By accessing or using our website to purchase 3D printed products, you agree to abide by the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully before placing an order.

1.1 These terms and conditions govern the sale of 3D printed products through our website.

1.2 By placing an order, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old or have parental/guardian consent.

2.1 Our products are made using 3D printing technology. Variations in texture, color, and small imperfections are part of the production process and not considered defects.

2.2 All product descriptions, images, and specifications are provided for informational purposes only and may vary slightly from the final product.

3.1 Orders are confirmed only after full payment is received.

3.2 We accept all major credit cards, Apple Pay, Google Pay, and Paypal.

3.3 Prices are subject to change without prior notice but will not affect orders already confirmed.

4.1 We aim to ship products within 2-4 business days. Delivery times may vary based on location and shipping method.

4.2 Shipping costs and applicable taxes are calculated at checkout.

4.3 We are not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers or customs.

5.1 Due to the custom nature of 3D printed products, we do not accept returns or exchanges unless the product is defective or damaged during shipping.

5.2 If you receive a damaged or defective product, please contact us within 5 days of delivery with proof (photos).

5.3 Replacement products or credit for eligible cases will be processed within 10 business days​​.​

6.1 All designs, models, and content on our website are the intellectual property of Precision Path 3D or respective creators and cannot be used, reproduced, or redistributed without permission.

6.2 Customers submitting their own designs for 3D printing confirm they hold the rights to the design and agree not to infringe on any third-party intellectual property rights.​​​

7.1 We are not liable for any misuse of our products or any injuries resulting from their use.

7.2 Our liability is limited to the amount paid for the product(s) in question.​​

8.1 These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of the State of Minnesota, without regard to its conflict of law principles.

8.2 Any disputes arising out of or relating to these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Minnesota District Court – Fourth Judicial District (Hennepin County), and the parties hereby consent to the personal jurisdiction and venue of such court.

9.1 We reserve the right to modify these terms and conditions at any time. Changes will be effective upon posting on our website.
